Shipping policy
FREE UK SHIPPING - FedEx or UPS (See Exclusions)
All orders are processed within 1 working day after receiving your order confirmation email. Order before 12pm for next day shipping (excluding weekends & bank holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
UK Shipping
All UK orders include free standard shipping. We use FedEx, UPS & Royal Mail for the shipping of cable protectors. Deliveries will require a signature on delivery. Cable protectors are shipped with next day shipping. Warning signs are currently shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Free UK shipping is automatically added to the cart at check out.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
Highlands and Islands orders may be subject to additional shipping charges which may be applied after your order has been placed. Free shipping may be with other providers, for example, Evri and this will be a 2-4 day service. If you require faster shipping please email hello@edion.co.uk before purchase for a shipping quote. (Highlands & Islands only).
We prefer to use FedEx & UPS for cable protector deliveries however there are certain parts of the UK where this is not economically possible so we will use Royal Mail. All orders will have a tracking number. If you have any problems with your delivery please email us at hello@edion.co.uk.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
EU Shipping
*Shipping to the EU (including Ireland) has been paused whilst we evaluate the impact of the GPSR regulations which came into effect on 13/12/24*
VAT is calculated at the checkout for EU customers for orders up to 150 EUR. Shipping rates are added during the checkout for EU deliveries. Cable protectors are shipped via UPS. Delivery is tracked with UPS. Warning signs are shipped Royal Mail Standard International.

Orders over 150 EUR will be subject to VAT & duties payment before the goods can be delivered in your country. Unfortunately we are unable to process VAT for orders over this limit. If your order is over 150 EUR, you will be notified by UPS regarding the payment of VAT and duty. This will need to be paid before your order can be delivered. If you refuse to pay the VAT & duties and the order is returned to Edion, we will not issue a refund to you. Any questions then please email hello@edion.co.uk.
Business customers please contact us with your EORI number and we will invoice without VAT with the shipping rate.
International Shipping
If you are interested in buying an item and are unable to checkout, please email hello@edion.co.uk and we can quote the shipping cost and enable payment for your region.
International Customs Duties & Taxes (non EU)
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer for International orders. Edion does not pay duties on behalf of the customer. Please be aware you may have to pay customs duties and taxes before the goods are delivered in your country. When you place an international order you agree to pay any applicable taxes & customs duties imposed by your country. We are unable to calculate these and will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery. If you do not pay the relevant taxes and duties and the order is refused, Edion will not reimburse the cost of the order.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of ordering, please email hello@edion.co.uk quoting your order number. If your product arrives showing any signs of damage to the outer packaging, then the carrier must be notified at the point of delivery. Please sign for the product "Product not checked, damage to the packaging".
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received a notification.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@edion.co.uk stating you wish to return the item and your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Edion, 2 Hallsford Bridge Industrial Estate, Ongar, Essex, CM5 9RB.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless we have stated that we will reimburse you with your return postage, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It is very helpful to us if you could let us know why the product is unsuitable. We do listen to customers and as we are able to design & develop our own products, we can incorporate customer issues into future products. Of course, simply changing your mind is fine! If you feel the product description has been unclear or misleading then also let us know.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrives showing any signs of damage to the outer packaging, then the carrier must be notified at the point of delivery. Please sign for the product "Product not checked, damage to the packaging".
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
